REFUND POLICY
At Functionalforkids.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- In their original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Visit Functionalforkids.com and log into your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5-7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Certain items, such as clearance or promotional products, are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency, minus any non-refundable charges.
